24B is the realistic daily range

Capacity estimate: up to roughly 24B comfortably, 32B tightly. Context, quantization, and running apps change real-world fit.

Comfortable: 24B
Tight: 32B
Capacity edge: 32B

32B is a capacity edge, not a benchmark or a guarantee. Even the “comfortable” 24B tier is an editorial estimate, not a tested throughput result. Actual fit depends on weight quantization, model architecture, KV-cache and context size, available RAM, backend and concurrent apps.

Four checks that matter more than a model-size badge

Match the exact RAM, SSD, chip and port configuration to the linked offer. A similar product name does not establish identical hardware.
Estimate memory for your actual quantized model, chosen context and runtime; include macOS and app headroom. Do not treat “70B supported” as a throughput guarantee.
Check the complete checkout total, delivery location, seller and return conditions. Listings here are not real-time price quotes.
For used devices, inspect battery health, hardware locks, repairs and warranty before paying.
